↟↟ Who makes this stuff? Hi there! I'm Deanna Jensen, the chief-everything-officer here at Dear Summit. I sketch all the designs by hand, pack all the orders to ship, and just about everything else in between. The products themselves are made and printed responsibly by the pros, right here in the USA. ↟↟ What are my payment options? You can use either a credit/debit card, or PayPal.

↟↟ When will my order ship? It's just me here, but I’ll get your orders packed up and shipped within 1-3 business days of your purchase. You'll receive a shipping notification email with tracking info once your goods are in the mail.

↟↟ How long does shipping take? For orders within the USA, standard shipping is via the US Postal Service (First Class), and usually takes 3-5 business days in transit. Priority Mail typically takes 2-3 days in transit.

↟↟ Shipping Delays? If you’re still waiting on your order to be delivered and it seems to have stalled in transit, don’t worry! I know this is frustrating, but one thing that sometimes seems to help kick packages back into motion is signing up for text or email updates on your tracking info. You can do this with your order’s tracking number at USPS.com

Sometimes things get lost on their epic journey to your hands, so if you've been waiting for more than 3 weeks since your order shipped, shoot me an email via my contact form.

↟↟ Do you ship outside the USA? I do ship internationally. Expect your order to take 2-3 weeks in transit, depending on customs and other factors - Canadian orders typically take 1-2 weeks, some other countries may take 4-6 weeks or more, but the average is 2-3 weeks. Some countries charge import taxes and fees, for which you'll be responsible.
